Record employee time and attendance by tracking job costs plus stamping documents. Track employees start times, break times, lunch times and finish times on a weekly timecard, or select from 14 pre-programmed message options to stamp invoices, attendance logs, legal paperwork or other time-sensitive documents. The side-loading timecard and document feed accommodates left-or right-hand orientation. An alignment guide helps line up punches. Prints the date and time (AM/PM or military time format) on weekly employee timecard. Internal battery backup safeguards data and settings up to seven days without power.
