Effortlessly power through paper jams with 100% Jam Proof technology. Monitor real time performance with bin full and runtime indicators. Optimize how many sheets to feed at one time with the efficiency meter. The integrated patented SafeSense technology keeps shredding safe and accident free, especially around children and pets and leverages an elevated design that brings distinction to any work environment. The LX170 shreds 12 sheets of paper per pass into small cross-cut particles for enhanced security (Security Level P-4). In addition to paper, it also destroys staples, paper clips and plastic credit cards. The LX170 shreds continuously for up to 10 minutes allowing you to complete your shredding job in one sitting. Includes spacious 5.8 gallon pull-out bin that holds over 300 shredded sheets.
