Tilt tension controls the rate and ease of recline and the upright tilt lock secures the chair in the full upright position. Unique, back-cushion-style lumbar support is height adjustable: up and down, to provide personalized support and extra relief where you need it. Pneumatic seat height adjustment moves the seat up and down to adapt to various body heights.
